Nice to hear from you and see some new work. It looks like the break from your blog has had a serious effect on your images. Nice captures but where's the rusty old metal? Nobody photographs rust and decay the way you do.

He does look bad ass. That beak could peck your limbs off with frightening ease. Great shot. I tried a similar "portrait" of a cockatiel once but it didn't have the same effect. More comedic. This bird you have is f-ing fierce.
